Damaged or Incorrect Order
If you have received an incorrect order or the drink bottles you have received are broken or damaged they will be replaced at JMJ Distribution’s expense. You will be required to take an image of the damages and send to the following email (email@example.com) so we may direct you to the next step. After inspection if we find the product to be faulty, we will send you a replacement and refund you the postage cost for returning the goods.
There will be no refund or exchange for change of mind regarding flavour or size of the drinks.
Where do we deliver?
We deliver Australia wide!While our warehouse is in NSW, we ship our local and imported drinks to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Hobart, Canberra, Darwin and everywhere in between! Our orders are picked up every Monday and Thursday at 1pm.
Estimated delivery times from pickup date are:
- 1 to 2 days for Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and major cities on the East Coast.
- 2 to 3 days for Adelaide and Capricorn Coast.
- 3 to 7 days for NSW regional locations, Launceston, Hobart, Cairns & Townsville.
- 4 to 10 days for Perth, eastern country Queensland, country Victoria, country Tasmania & south east South Australia
- 4 to 15 days for all other locations in Australia.
How much does Freight cost then?
We are committed to supplying our drinks to your door at minimal cost! We freight our goods Australia wide using the best rates we can get from Hunter Express. Our freight calculator will give an indication of the cost based on the weight of your order. The more boxes you order the cheaper your delivery cost per box will be.
