How it all works

The Buying Process (ordering)
1- You can shop on our website either as a general consumer or as a business account. General consumer registration process is fully automated and requires no intervention from us to approve the website account whereas as a business account you will not be able to purchase until we offline process and approve your request according to our company's terms and conditions. Business accounts prices naturally varies to general consumers.
2- To find the product that you wish to purchase simply click on the products menu either in the header or the footer of the website. This will present you with our product categories currently being Bavaria, Paradice and Optimalt.
3- Click on any category image or name to view the available products in their various flavours. Each flavour displays FROM and TO prices indicating the product options price range from lowest to highest in value. By clicking the product image or the View Details button, you will be taken into the product details page where you can add to cart. Only logged in business accounts will be able to submit a quotation request for quantities by pallets.
4- In the product details page you will be able to read a brief description of the product and a list of options for you to select from. The product options are displayed as checkboxes so that you can select more than 1 item if desired. To add the product to the shopping cart simply select the option(s) and click or tap the "ADD TO CART" button.
5- In the shopping cart page you will see the product you have just added. This is where you need to check or review you order. The cart has EDIT, EMPTY CART and CONTINUE SHOPPING self explanatory features. If you need to delete an item click click the Delete icon to the right of the product price. You could also use the mini cart in the header section (top of your screen, basket icon) to edit, remove or checkout. In the cart page we have provided a shipping calculator to estimate shipping charges based on post code. If you are not logged in yet, type in your post code and click ESTIMATE link and Hunter Express shipping charges will come up, you can select it and click UPDATE TOTAL. Shipping charges can also be calculated by the system later on based on your registered address or if you wish to have your items delivered to a different shipping address.

 

PROCEED TO CHECK OUT
1- If you click the proceed to checkout button or the PayPal icon and if you are not logged in, you will be prompted to either register to create an account or to sign in if you are a returning customer.
2- Once you login the next step will be determining the billing information by confirming if goods to be shipped to your address or to a different address. Pending which option you will decide to go with the next step will be finalising shipping charges and once you click CONTINUE button, the payment information will be displayed which in this case will be PayPal Express.
3- Select the radio button next to PayPal icon, a message will inform you that you will be redirected to the PayPal website. Click the Continue button to view the PayPal payment page. Once payment is made you will be redirected back to our website for successful completion of your order where you will be provided with an order number and ability to print the order if desired. The system will also send notification emails both to you and our website administrator so that processing of your order can commence.

 

The Pallet option
Website users with business account login are permitted to purchase our products by pallets. When logged in once you get to the product details page you will find just below the Add to cart button a "CLICK HERE FOR PALLET QUOTATION" button. This will allow you to submit your request to us as an email. Most of the form fields will be automatically populated as per your login details. From the Product field drop down you can select bottles pallet or cans pallet, select the flavour, enter number of pallets, etc. Your address will be the default shipping address and finally the pallet details/questions field is for you to provide you with more specific details for example, how many boxes would you like, if you like combination of various boxes and so forth. We will be in touch as soon as possible with quotation on cost and shipping charges.
